  >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> ULTRA EARNINGS <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

Here's yet another site that has gone from an excellent site, to a rip-off, overnight. The WM has raised the minimum payout, for free members, from 5 cents, to $1.00. Members don't discover the change until they try to withdraw the funds due them!! The payout for "upgraded" members is still 5 cents, but the "fee" is set at 100% !!! Until recently ultra-earnings.com was a good site, but it looks as though greed finally won out over common sense.

Sadly, we must withdraw our previous recommendation for this site.

  >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> UPDATE <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

We recently reported that the PTR/PTC site "Hit For Money" had changed the rules, so that only paid members were allowed to request payment of their earnings. The WM has now reversed that rule, so that free members can now request payment of earnings (wise move).

The WM has also changed the minimum payout from $1 to $2 (not a great move).

As a result of the recent change, we are removing this site from our blacklist. This site still can't make our Gold Star list, but we are no longer recommending that our readers stay away. Check it out for yourself, and see if it meets your needs.

  >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> BLACK LIST <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

Here's one more PTR/PTC site that currently made our "black list". > hitformoney.com < used to be one of our favorite sites, but they recently changed the rules (without notifying members). This site now requires members to be paid "premium" members in order to collect the money already due them!!! We simply refuse to pay an extortion fee to collect the money already due us! Stay away from this scam.

  >>>>>>>>>>>>>> BLACK LIST <<<<<<<<<<<<<

Here are two PTR/PTC sites recently added to our "Black List" for non-payment of money due us. These sites have owed us money for at least 3 months. They have not paid their debts, nor answered our numerous inquiries.

alaskagpt.com
topdollarclicks.com

We suggest that everyone avoid these sites.
My experiences with, and opinion on, the "paid to read" business. With any luck, my experiences may help you to earn a little extra cash, and avoid getting burned by some of the shady operators. Any comments, ideas, or questions may be emailed to: researcher73@aol.com
